We recommend dry cleaning your outfit only. Please check with your local dry cleaner to see if they are willing and able to dry clean embroidered garments. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages that may occur from 3rd party service providers.

Yes! Most items have 1-2” margins for adjustments to make any piece slightly bigger or smaller, as needed. Please contact us if you have any questions on your measurements for specific items.

We are happy to exchange any UNALTERED and UNWORN items purchased online with the original tags within 7 days of purchase. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. There will be no refunds for any items. For more details, please read our full return/exchange policy.

Yes! We are pleased to offer our clients worldwide shipping. Estimated shipping charges are displayed at checkout and vary based on the destination.

If no alterations are required, most items available on our website are ready to ship . Domestic shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days, and international shipping can take up to 14 business days. To receive your outfit in 1-3 business days, please select “Express Shipping”.
If you are opting in for our alteration services, please allow, at minimum, for an additional two weeks to the shipping timeline.

Yes - the Frontier brand has a number of boutiques across the world operating under their own names, with their own identities. These include Frontier Bazarr, Frontier Bridal, Frontier Heritage, Frontier Phagwara, and Frontier Raas with locations in Canada, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Most items available on our website are ready to ship and do not include alterations. However, we will happily alter your items based on your measurements. Please opt in for our alteration service at checkout, and you will be asked for the appropriate measurements that you can provide at a later time. Additional fees for alterations may apply to each item based on the amount of alterations needed.
Please note that once an item is altered, it is no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.

To ensure your outfit fits you perfectly, we are pleased to offer an alteration service to adjust your item as per your required measurements. If the outfit still doesn’t fit as you hoped, you’re welcome to send it back, and we will make the additional adjustments necessary to ensure a perfect fit.
We also recommend finding a local professional tailor familiar with South Asian wear for any alterations. Please note we are not responsible for any issues or damages that may occur during the alteration process by 3rd party tailors.

Yes! At checkout, there will be an option to pick up your items at the showroom that has it available. However, if an item is not available at your nearest showroom, it must be shipped to your address and will not be available for local pickup.

While our online collection features a select set of outfits that can also be found in one of our showrooms, we invite you to visit us in-person to explore our complete collection. You can also book an appointment online to see more of our collection virtually (FaceTime, WhatsApp Video).

While we order each custom piece according to the measurements taken/provided and come as close to your size as possible, outfits sometimes need minor adjustment to give you the perfect, tailored fit.

Yes! Many of our outfits available online would be appropriate for your bridesmaids and groomsmen. If you’re looking for matching outfits for everyone in your wedding party, email us with more details, and a team member will reach out to discuss.
