Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any UNALTERED and UNWORN items with the original tags within 7 days of purchase. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. There will be no refunds for any items.
Store credit can be used online or in one of our showrooms within one year of the original date of purchase. Any store credit past this date is expired and cannot be used toward any item.
Exchanges in the showroom are subject to manager availability and may not be accepted by other employees. Since manager hours vary by location, please contact your local showroom prior to your arrival to ensure we can process your request.
Returning Online Orders
To complete your exchange, please follow the instructions on your account. We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returning/exchanging your items.
Frontier Heritage reserves the right to refuse any returns and exchanges if the items do not meet our return/exchange standards and policies. If an exchange is refused, you may be subject to additional shipping fees to ship the item back to you. Shipping costs are not eligible for store credit. Frontier Heritage is not liable for any damages that may occur during transit.
Custom or Altered Items
Any item that is made to measure or altered to your measurements is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Any items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
